Emails to Healey and Blears

his sent, by email, to John Healey (Local Govt. Minister at the DCLG) on March 17. I will post any reply that I receive.

Dear Mr Healey,

Further to my earlier emails; I have now received my council tax bill for the coming year and the Hampshire Police Authority precept has increased by 8.11%

Will you be capping them as you said you would?

If not - why not?

And, if you do cap them, where will the money come from to cover the cost of issuing new council tax bills?

Sincerely,
