hank you Christine it is greatly appreciated. I am feeling quite down at the moment. Seems like I am totally wasting my time to be blunt. Like I have for over 20 years. All those Politicians out there of all persuasions and not one remotely interested. Likewise Welsh institutions etc etc and just 2 signatures on the Petition if you don't count us. Baffled about the amount of hits on this thread. Clearly someone out there is interested but it is not doing any good sadly. I will carry on tweeting for another few days then maybe wrap it all up as a disastrous failure. Never mind at least I tried. Such is life. Sad

have been very reliably informed ( before doing the Petition) from 2 sources that this is not the only case of #Blightedhomesinjustice there are others out there somewhere. Trouble is finding them. Hence bothering with a Petition.I am now considering going to the Media to locate these people and to highlight the Petition. I lose my House tomorrow after 20 years battling for common sense, justice and humanity to prevail. Says it All. Wonder how many others have too.

If your Home gets damaged and you have to move out elsewhere you have to pay 2 lots of Council Tax during difficult times. How is that fair? Discretion is being fettered. This causes hardship and injustice to be suffered. Every case is different and people should be treated fairly

Quote:
An abuse of discretion occurs when a decision is not an acceptable alternative. The decision may be unacceptable because it is logically unsound, because it is Arbitrary & clearly not supported by the facts at hand or because it's explicitly prohibited by a statute or Rule of Law
