very interesting picture has formed regarding various Councils in relation to Council Tax Officers ( or not as in RCTCBC).

am very unwell at the moment but when I am well enough I hope to be able to do more FOI Requests to other Local Authorities in Wales as a pattern is emerging. I think it would be most useful to get a broader overview.
